I have been learning about compost and food forests and I have learned that you need to start by growing non-fruiting trees and then putting fruit trees in. Also if you like the video then the name of it is Geoff Lawton: Permaculture (online I think?).

I have been a little motivated to start some raised bed gardens during this period and am starting to see some of the seeds we planted, growing and popping through the soil. My son has been very excited about this! I am yet to tackle the art of composting...Maybe I could learn a little from you once we get back to school and you have some tips.
